Our aim is to help women feel more confident and to bring them closer to achieving their ambitions in life. Together with our members, we learn to build better solutions and provide more equal access for all through our events.
By facilitating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere, WIN members grow their network, forming lasting friendships and professional partnerships.

Inspire
For over twenty years, we have delivered engaging and diverse events, from our ‘WIN Business Breakfast’ series and various panel and speaker events to more informal meet-ups.
Previous speakers include; Dara Ó Briain, Aisling Bea, Mairead Mackle, Terry Wogan, Mary McAleese, Emma Dabiri, Trish Halpin, Orla Kiely, and Darina Allen.
Event locations include; The Irish Embassy, House of Lords, Corrigan’s of Mayfair, Sotheby’s, The Waldorf Hilton, Enterprise Ireland, Porter House and Homeboy.

Support
Voluntarily run and as a non-profit, WIN’s funds go to the Irish Youth Foundation (UK) supporting vital community projects. Additionally, we have awarded Arts and Education bursaries that assist inspiring women with turning their ideas into a reality.
Proceeds from your membership are donated directly to the Irish Youth Foundation (UK), who have given grants totalling over £5.75 million to welfare organisations and community groups
Member Benefits
WIN is a membership organisation. We ask our members to pay an annual ‘member fee’ in the form of a donation to the Irish Youth Foundation UK (IYF). 100% of your member fee goes to the IYF: the only national charity in Britain specifically aimed at helping disadvantaged young Irish people and their families.
