Rosaleen Blair, founder and CEO of Alexander Mann Solutions, an organisation that builds world-class talent and resourcing capabilities for organisations delivered through innovative and measurable outsourcing and consulting services.
Since the company was founded in 1996, Alexander Mann Solutions has become the recognised global leader in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), building world-class talent functions for its clients. Rosaleen led an MBO of the business in December 2007 and acquired Capital Consulting, a pan-European competitor in 2008.
She is frequently acknowledged for her leadership in the HR industry; in 2010 being named as a Global HRO Superstar by HRO Today magazine and one of the Staffing Industry Analyst’s “25 most powerful people in staffing”.
She is a member of the Advisory Board of Finnamore, the largest specialist healthcare management consultancy in the UK, a Board Member of the Global HROA (HR Outsourcing Association), a member of APSCo, a board member of the Women’s Irish Network and the Entrepreneurial Exchange, and has participated as a judge for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
